What do we hope that students come away with:  I work diligently to provide accurate information, empower student voice, and provide a launching point for further inquiry. The Holocaust occurred following a deliberate and protracted series of decisions to dehumanize large numbers of people. Education related to these events must seek to re-humanize and create a sense of purpose in young people to stand against policy and action that leads to, or is the product of, prejudice, hatred, and oppression.
